By registering as a founding host with Drive Hive, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in our pre-launch founding host program and future platform usage.
2. Pre-Launch Program
Drive Hive is currently in pre-launch phase with an expected launch by end of September 2025:
- No actual car sharing services are currently available
- Founding host registration is for future platform access
- All benefits promised will be honored upon platform launch
- We reserve the right to modify launch timeline
3. Founding Host Benefits
As a founding host, you will receive:
- 0% Commission: No commission fees on your first 5 trips
- Priority Support: Direct access to our founding team
- Early Access: First to list when platform launches
- Exclusive Perks: Special recognition and reduced fees
4. Eligibility Requirements
To participate as a founding host, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Own or have legal right to list the vehicle(s)
- Maintain proper vehicle insurance
- Reside in a supported market area
5. Vehicle Requirements
Listed vehicles must:
- Be model year 2010 or newer
- Pass safety and quality inspections
- Be properly registered and insured
- Meet local regulatory requirements
- Be in good working condition
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Provide false information during registration
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Violate local laws or regulations
- Interfere with platform operations
- Harass other users or staff
7. Platform Launch
Upon platform launch:
- Additional terms may apply for active hosting
- Founding host benefits will be activated
- Standard platform fees will apply after promotional period
- Full service terms will be provided

During the pre-launch period, Drive Hive’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to launch timeline
- Modifications to founding host benefits
- Technical issues with registration
- Market conditions affecting launch
